摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently perform liquid phase treatment and gas phase treatment such as water treatment and deodorizing treatment by making titanium dioxide photocatalyst adsorb ozone. SOLUTION: By locating the titanium dioxide photocatalyst 33 in a reaction vessel 31 (or in ozone water) which is irradiated with black light by an irradiation device 34, ozone is adsorbed on the surface of the titanium dioxide photocatalyst 33 and the ozone adsorption photocatalyst is prepared. By a reaction of the ozone adsorption photocatalyst with an object to be treated, the object to be treated is treated. Otherwise, by alternately laminating the ozone modified photocatalyst and titanium dioxide photocatalyst which are formed in a planar form, in plural, respectively leaving a prescribed interval, a lamination type photocatalyst is constituted and the lamination type photocatalyst is preferably used. Further, the ozone adsorption is also preferably performed via a selection member which can control the ozone adsorbing range.
