PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an object to be cooled while preventing the reduction of its water content, without deteriorating its eat taste in a cooling device used for cooling a food for cooking with heat. SOLUTION: This method for cooling is provided by introducing air sucked from the outside of a device into a water-ejecting column 1, and generating water molecules and negative ions in the air by flowing the introduced air through the inside while revolving it and ejecting water pumped up from a water vessel 3 for dissociating it in the water-ejecting column 1. The excess water is returned to the water vessel 3 as circulating water and a set amount of the circulating water is stored. The revolving air in the water-ejecting column 1 is sent to a cyclone column 2, the water droplets in the air is separated in the cyclone column 2 and returned to the water vessel 3, and the air containing water molecules and negative ions is sent out to the outside of the device and blown over the object to be cooled for cooling. |
