<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video game device wherein a plurality of external secondary storage devices of a small capacity can be used as the external secondary storage device of a large capacity. SOLUTION: This video game device is equipped with a communication control section 90 and a plurality of card connectors 95A and 95B, i.e., card slots. In this case, the communication control section 90 is connected to a main bus to which a central operation-processing device 51 of the device main body is connected. The card connectors 95A and 95B are connected to a main bus 100 through the communication control section 90, and to which memory cards 94A and 94B are detachably connected. Then, by the central operation processing device 51, respective card slots are independently administered through the communication control section 90, and the writing and/or the reading of data extending to a plurality of external secondary storage devices are controlled.</p> |
