PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems including vibration during dehydration, deformation of a machine during installation, positioning irregularities of a clutch driving means, an abnormal sound from a clutch during rotation of a driving motor due to incomplete shift of the clutch and breakage of the clutch, the clutch driving means and a clutch driving and shift means. SOLUTION: Movements of a clutch driving means 33 are converted to vertical movements with a bell crank mechanism as a clutch driving and shift means 34, a movable clutch plate and a fixed clutch plate are engaged with and disengaged from each other. By making the bell crank mechanism an elastic body or a structure having a mechanism of elastically deforming by a fixed or higher force, an occurrence of an abnormal sound from a clutch due to operation of the driving motor due to failure of the clutch driving means 33 to shift completely during operation or breakage of the clutch, the clutch driving means 33 and the clutch driving and shift means 34 can be prevented.
