PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring rotating of a washing and dehydration tub at high speed and necessitating a large quantity of washing water even for small capacity washing because washing water of the washing and dehydration tub is raised by rotating the washing and dehydration tub, sprinkling of water into the washing and dehydration tub and circulated in a washing machine cleaning the washing by rotating a washing and dehydration tub intermittently or with varied revolutions and varying the centrifugal force given to washing water and the washing in the washing and dehydration tub. SOLUTION: By sprinkling water with a pump while rotating a washing and dehydration tub, energy can be saved and water can be economized while retaining the washing capacity without changing the quantity of washing water circulated.
