PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the demoldability of a resin molding from a mold in a punching part and to prevent the deformation and breakage of the molding after being demolded in a method and an apparatus for molding the rein molding in which the punching part having numbers of openings such as a speaker grill is formed integrally. SOLUTION: A core side punching block 53 which is installed in a core mold 40 in a place corresponding to the speaker grill 20 of the resin molding 10, after the molding of the resin molding 10, prevents the engagement between the molding 10 and the punching block 53 by being brought down to be embedded in a core mold 50 to improve the demoldability. Moreover, a fixed ejector pin 56 is incorporated into the vertically moving punching block 53, and the demolding of the molding 10 and the punching block 53 is performed surely.
