PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter medium, for an air filter, which prevents an ion exchange resin from scaling off and increases the adsorption of gas per unit volume. SOLUTION: This filter medium for an air filter is formed of paper comprising a matrix to which ion exchange resin powder having 0.1-100μm particle diameter and 0.5-10 meq/g ion exchange capacity.
