PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the treating performance of a deionized water producer, an acidic water producer or an alkaline water producer having conventional constitution. SOLUTION: By using a cathode 2 or an anode 6 composed of a slit shaped or a mesh shaped conductive material, water can be passed through the inside of electrode, and also by fast sticking respective parts in order of the cathode 2, a membrane 3, a spacer 4, a membrane 5 and the anode 6, and laminating them, while a space between the cathode 2 and the anode 6 is kept very small, the water path can be made wide, so that a large amount of water is efficiently treated. |
