PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a burning apparatus cannot heat a heating chamber in a sufficiently uniform manner. SOLUTION: The burning apparatus in which a cooking chamber is uniformly heated without unevenness in length and width directions is provided by arranging a negative electrode 17 in parallel with a lower burner 13 on the center of a set of the lower burner 13 and guiding a flame to the center of a cooking chamber 30 by applying an electric field between the negative electrode 17 and the lower burner 13 by a direct high voltage source 16.
