PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat with a good appearance by allowing an armrest to be drawn out from an armrest storing recessed part surely and eliminating a gap between the tip portion of the armrest and the armrest storing recessed part. SOLUTION: In the vehicular seat provided with at least a seat back 4 with an armrest storing recessed part 6 formed and an armrest 7 that is free to appear from and disappear into the armrest storing recessed part 6, the armrest 7 comprises a pad 14 pivoted to the seat back 4 rotatably and a skin 15 covering the pad 14. At the tip portion 7a of the pad of the armrest 7, a handle part 11 in the shape of a recessed part is formed, and the skin 15 comprises a material that can be deflected by being pushed into the handle part 11. By inserting a hand into a gap between the tip portion 7a of the armrest 7 and the armrest storing recessed part 6 in a state in which the armrest 7 is stored in the armrest storing recessed part 6, the handle part 11 can be drawn out through the skin 15.
