PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency goods delivering tool for high building, etc., which can be used by human power. SOLUTION: A backflow-preventing connector to be integrated with the connector of an extension hose is provided at the rear part of an end hose 2 provided with an end metal fitting 1 and a gas injection hose 4 provided with a gas injection connector 3 at a proper interval. The extension hose 7 is connected to the rear part of the hose 2 via the connector and the extension hose is extended while injecting helium until it becomes a required length to deliver required supply, etc., to a desired place.
