PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the drastical cost-down of a continuous casting facility provided with a segment hanging-up device. SOLUTION: A fixed rail 9 for guiding the segment 6 in a bending part from a fitting part A1 toward a bending center part B, is arranged and the hanging-up device 15 for hanging up the segment 6 toward the bending center part B is fixed to a fixing member 25. The hanging-up device 15 is constituted of a turning rail 16 connectable to the fixed rail 9 by turning with the bending center part B as the center, a carriage 18 shiftable while supporting and guiding with the turning rail 16 and the fixed rail 9 and a hook 19 arranged in the carriage 18 so as to be possible to engage/disengage to/from a pin 13 in the segment 6. A floor for operation is arranged at the upper part of the hanging-up device 15 and a taking-out/taking-in hole for taking out/taking in the segment 6 supported by hanging up on the turning rail 16, is formed on the floor.
