PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote automation of a process to perform many screwing at a time in a production line. SOLUTION: A screwing device 14 comprises an exchangeable plate 18 to hold a base end part 15a of a screwing head 15 for its positioning. For each model of keyboard W to be screwed, the exclusive plate 18 is prepared. Even when a screwing position or number is differed as to each model, a stage can be easily changed by exchanging the plate 18 appropriately. Thereby, this device can flexibly respond to a change in model of keyboard to complete screwing automatically.
