PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly connect a soft part with an angle part with a simple structure and easily separate the soft part from the angle part in the repair of the inner part of an insert part by connecting an inner ring to an outer ring through a screw, and openably covering the head part of the screw with a fixing ring. SOLUTION: A connecting ring 38 on the angle part 30b side is arranged on the inside of a connecting ring 37 on the soft part 30a side, and a thick part 38a having an insert port 40 is formed in four positions of the inner surface. The upper and lower thick parts 38a have screw holes 42 in positions away from the insert holes 40, and a through-hole 43 is formed in the connecting ring 37. The screw 44 having the head part 44a having substantially the same diameter as the through-hole 43 is inserted from the through-hole 43 of the connecting ring 37 to connect the connecting ring 38 so as not to be relatively moved in the axial direction and rotating direction. A screw fixing ring 45 is fitted to the connecting ring 37 so as to be displaceable to the position for covering the head part 44a of the screw 44 and the position for opening it.
