PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a delivery paper mounting means (tray and bin) from being full of prints or the recovery of the prints from being forgot in a shared printer used by users. SOLUTION: A laser beam printer is given in Fig 1. A sheet material (not illustrated) in a paper cassette 1008 is fed out by a feed roller 1009, conveyed to an electrostatic drum 1006 by a pair of resist rollers 1011, where a toner image on the drum 1006 is transferred, conveyed to a fixing apparatus 1005, where the toner image is fixed, and delivered on a delivery tray 1017. When the prints exist on the tray 1017 even after the passage of a given time from a point of time when the prints of one job on the tray 1017 were delivered, the finish of the delivery is informed to the owner of the prints.
