PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing sheet made of a polyolefin having a light weight, flexibility, a soundproofing performance and excellent flameproofness. SOLUTION: The soundproofing sheet 1 made of the polyolefin containing a flame retardant comprises laminated layers 4 provided on both surfaces of a laminate obtained by laminating two woven knitted fabrics 2 made of polyolefin oriented yarns via an adhesive layer 3. In this case, the polyolefin for constituting the laminated layers contains at least one type selected from a styrene thermoplastic elastomer and a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer.
