PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser with temperature controller capable of smoothly discharging a liquid agent having a viscosity changed with the change of temperature. SOLUTION: The dispenser is provided with a syringe 2 housing the liquid agent 6 having the viscosity changed with the change of temperature, a pushing out structure 3 for pushing out the liquid agent 6 in the syringe 2, a needle 4 attached to one end of the syringe 2 and for discharging the liquid agent 6 and a temperature controller 5 provided on the outer periphery of the needle 4 and for controlling the temperature of the liquid agent 6 direct before discharging.
