PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To worm a material to be treated such as a compost, etc., held in a treating tank to a temperature suitable for fermentation and curing as evenly as possible without using a heating source such as a heater, etc. SOLUTION: Blast pipes 10 and 20 are installed at the bottom of a treating tank 1 for storing the material to be treated. The blast pipes 10 and 20 are divided into first zones and second zones and the first zones are equipped with air supply openings 15 and 25. The first zones are positioned at the downstream side of the second zones in the air blasting direction in lines of the blast pipes 10 and 20. Pipe walls of parts forming the second zones function as a heat transfer wall.
