PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and disposable ashtray capable of precisely extinguishing the fire without causing smell, and capable of being readily carried. SOLUTION: This portable ashtray has a main body 1 which has an opening part 3 formed on the upper surface of a thin rectangular container 2 obtained by using a slightly hard, heat-resistant and fireproof material, an inner lid 4 latched by one end of the opening part 3 and for closing the opening part 3, a spreading part 10 capable of covering the surface of the inner lid 4 and sticking at the right and left, and the top and bottom, a covering lid 5 having a protrusion 7 having a protruded fragment formed by cutting, on the upper end, and a fire extinguisher 8 stored in the container formed above.
