The invention relates to clinical immunology. The immuno-corrective therapy of preclinical and clinical forms of immunological insufficiency is carried out by means of normalizing the aging process of class G antibodies in plasma cells and by decreasing the secretion of low-grade antibodies incapable to protect. The remedy selection for immune-correction is performed by taking in consideration four degrees of expression of the immunological insufficiency. The efficiency of the immuno-correcting therapy and of applied remedies for immuno-correction is considered in accordance with modifications in blood serum and/or secretions, the ratio of high-avid / low-avid antibodies, and the normal and/or specific ratio with respect to the antigen of antibodies, and/or modifications of IgG structure and/or functional and/or protective properties of class G antibodies.
