The invention concerns a passenger transport vehicle, in particular of the tramway type, comprising at least two cars (2, 4, 6) linked in articulation via a intercar linkage cell (3, 5) wherein are assembled the technical equipment required to operate the vehicle. The invention is characterised in that said cars (2, 4, 6) and the intercar linkage cell (3, 5) are provided with transparent side panels (15, 17) extending at least over part of the ceiling (25, 26), proximate to the ceiling (25, 26), an inside display device (18) faces towards the transparent side panel (15, 17) which is adjacent thereto, an external display device (22), is mounted on the station platform, facing towards the vehicle when it is stopped and at a height making it visible only from inside the cars (2, 4, 6) or the intercar linkage cells (3, 5) through the transparent side panels (16, 17) of the stopped vehicle. |
