PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence to an entire system when the abnormality occurs at a terminal affecting a bus. SOLUTION: An information communication management part 11 detects individually the communication unable state of each of terminals 10a-10c and then instructs a power supply control 13 to stop supply of power to the communication unable terminal of the terminals 10a-10c. As the supply of power is cut to the terminal having the abnormality of communications, the influence of this abnormality to the entire bus Nt can be prevented. Furthermore, by cutting the supply of power to the communication unable terminal the consumption of the current is reduced.
