SOLUTION: The circulating equipment S is arranged on the surface H of the stagnated water W stored in the lakes and marshes M, part of the surface H of the stagnated water W is cooled to a temperature lower than that near the surface H, and it is arranged to cold equipment 1 capable of producing a cold water mass C and a predetermined depth position of the stagnated water W, the predetermined depth position of the stagnated water W is heated to a higher temperature than that near the predetermined depth position, and a heating equipment 3 capable of producing the warm water mass D, drive equipment 2 for driving these cooling equipment 1 and the heating equipment 3 and the second drive equipment 4 are then provided.</p> |
