PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge-measuring device for inhibiting influence that the voltage of a commercial frequency being induced at a foil electrode for measuring partial discharge gives to measuring equipment and partial discharge measurement. SOLUTION: A resistor with a specific resistance is inserted in parallel with an arrester that is provided between the input terminal of a partial discharge detection part for receiving the output of a foil electrode being welded to and connected to a power cable in the partial discharge detection part and a ground terminal.
