PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the draft mechanism of a fine spinning frame, characterized by having a bundling device 30 utilizing air pressure, disposing a transfer means 15 having perforated holes 45 and a suction device 25 bound to the transfer means 15 through suction openings 22 in the bundling device 30, extending the suction device 25 to at least a space between a front roller and a feed device 35 on the side opposite to the sliver 2 of the transfer means 15, and disposing a shielding member in the action region of the suction openings 22 oppositely to the suction device 25. SOLUTION: A shielding member 40, 40' or 40'' integrally formed from a material is extended through many spinning positions I, II, and fixed to a place below a draft surface.
