PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize characteristics and prevent disconnection by preventing movement of an air-core coil mounted on a thin printed wiring board when resin molding is performed. SOLUTION: In a thin printed wiring board (2), at least two through holes (H) for inserting a coil positioning guide are formed in the corner of a bore acute angle par for each air-core coil. The through holes are engaged with coil positioning guide pins (P) formed in a jig, and mounted on the thin board. Each of the air-core coils is engaged with a coil positioning guide on the thin board. After each terminal of the air-core coils is wired to a first pattern and a second pattern (2a, 2b), each of the air-core coils is engaged with a fixing guide (G) by using the through holes, and the thin board and the air-core coils are molded simultaneously.
