PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily move a slide plate by press-moving a manipulating member with a little force. SOLUTION: A pair of slide plates 7, 8 moving in an opposite direction to each other are provided, to each of which a contact pin press-fixation part 9 for making a contact pin 3 wide open to both sides is provided. An operating arm 18 is arranged with a socket main body 2, in free rotation movement with its base end as a center, connected to both the slide plates 7, 8 for making them move, and an operating protrusion 28 is arranged on a manipulating member 22 for making the operating arm 18 to move and rotate to an up-and-down movement of the manipulating member 22. The operating arm 18 is moved and rotated by the operating protrusion 28 to the press-movement downward of the manipulating member 22 to make each slide plate move.
