PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the so-called ghost from being generated in an optoelectronic device performing prescribed display by optoelectronic change. SOLUTION: This device is provided with pixel electrodes 108 formed on an element substrate 101, picture signal lines 171 for supplying a picture signal to these pixel electrodes, counter electrodes opposed to these pixel electrodes through optoelectronic material, for example, liquid crystal and correction signal lines 173 for supplying correction signals for canceling level fluctuations of these counter electrodes to these counter electrodes via capacitances.
