PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noises in a suction port 24 of a centrifugal air blower 14. SOLUTION: A safety cover 35 is provided with a plurality of circumferential rod members 38 and radial rod members 39 and a lot of air pass parts 36 are arranged in the suction port 24 while being demarcated by the circumferential rod members 38 and the radial rod members 39. The radial rod member 39 of the circumferential rod member 38 is set an acute angle so as to suppress a vortex 41 generated in the downstream side of the radial rod member 39.
