PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private room construction device capable of solving various problems. SOLUTION: In a private room device in which bedding such as a bed for nursing or the like and a Japanese type comforter can be installed into an internal space while interior parts required for living can be mounted, a frame body and an outer covering means, which is secured so as to surround the frame body and partitions the private-room construction device from the outside and that one can go in and out are provided. In such a device, an air- conditioning equipment is set up in a peculiarly controllable manner as the interior part. The frame body is equipped completely with a protection structure for earthquake resistance.
