PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent secondary batteries from receiving damage caused by supersonic vibration in case of welding upper and lower cases with supersonic wave when constituting a battery pack by accommodating secondary batteries with a plurality of laminate sheets as the armored material in a pack case composed of upper and lower cases. SOLUTION: A plurality of secondary batteries 1 and a circuit board 3 are disposed in a lower case 2b, on which an upper case 2a is placed, and the both cases are supersonic-welded. In this case, damage on an armored case of the secondary battery 1 is prevented from causing, when an elastic body is interposed between the region where the battery 1 is to be placed and the pack case 2, because supersonic vibration applied to the battery 1 is damped. The said elastic body can be implemented by painting rubbery material or sticking an elastic sheet.
