PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give priority to a connection operation mode by inhibiting external image data from being inputted in copy mode wherein two or more copying machines are connected together and put in operation. SOLUTION: The copying machines which at least have the same function and can receive and print out the external image data and operate while being connected together are each equipped with an image read means, an output means which prints the image data out, a communication interface between the machines, a transmitting and receiving means which can receive the external input image data and transmit a command signal to outside, and a system control part which stores a program for operation in the connection operation mode; when the connection operation mode is set, the input data are inhibited from being accepted and priority is given to an image read from the image read means. Thus, the priority is given to the connection operation mode, so print processing can efficiently be performed. |
