PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize switching of the available state and unavailable state of an inner circuit included in an electronic circuit device. SOLUTION: A judging means (8) judges whether a preliminarily decided period passes from a relation with an inner circuit (14) based on the storage information of a storage means (5), and a control logic (11) operates the switching of the available state and unavailable state of the inner circuit based on the judged result of the judging means. Thus, the switching of the available state and unavailable state of an electronic circuit device (1) can be realized under fixed conditions.
