PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic cooker that can establish and control the heating cooking container to a finely prescribed temperature to be suitable for the cooking temperature of the various heated object, without using a temperature detecting sensor and with a simple circuit structure. SOLUTION: A heating cooking container 1 equipped with a heating plate 3 made of magnetic adjuster alloy, having a temperature dependent magnetic transformation characteristics in which specific magnetic permeability changes continuously smoothly against the temperature, is heated by high frequency induction by flowing a high frequency current to the heating coil 4 by an inverter circuit 7. The heating cooking container comprises a temperature control means 11 which detects the input power Pin supplied to the inverter circuit 7 and compares it with a reference value Psh which is preset in advance according to a desired cooking temperature and continues the operation of the inverter circuit 7 when the input power Pin is larger than the reference value Psh and stops the operation of the inverter circuit 7 when the input power Pin is smaller than the reference value Psh. |
