PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric fixture universal hinge free of a disconnection in a cord wired in the interior despite frequent changes in an angle formed by connected members and cord exposure where these members are connected as well as a desk lamp. SOLUTION: A universal hinge 1 for the electric fixture has a generally cylindrical central hinge body 2 provided on one member connected 11 and right and left bodies 6, 7 provided on the other member 12 connected which slide with a nearly cylindrical outer surface of the central hinge body 2 and hold both ends thereof in between. The flexible hinge 1 of the electric fixture has the centers of these hinge bodies 2, 6, 7 rotatably screw-connected to one another. A cord-directing portion 23 for directing a cord into the central hinge body 2 is formed to have an opening. A cord guide 3 for covering the cord- direction portion 23 and for directing and guiding the cord is rotatably provided on the central hinge body 2. |
