PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize service which is attractive to a customer who is buying an article and makes a return of high use value. SOLUTION: A server system 10 sells the article at a reservation sale site 10b by reservation through a network. The server system 10 registers an application for reservation purchase from a contractor 140 in a reserving-customer database 10c when the application is made. After the reservation sale is completed, the selling source 120 performs general sale. The server system 10 obtains the sale quantity (or sale amount) when a specific set period ends from the selling source 120. When the sale quantity in the period reaches a target, a sale management part 10d calculates return points according to the sale quantity and gives them to the reservation-purchaser registered in the reserving-customer database 10c.
