PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invite a specific number of participants for a specific purpose via a network. SOLUTION: A server system 10 sets the number of participants meeting a condition (contract) in contract management data 10a and gather contract applications with a suspensive condition from an invitation site 10b via a network. When a contractor 140 applies for the invitation at the invitation site 10b, the server system 10 obtains personal information and settlement information reported from the contractor 140 and registers them in an applicant database 10d. A contract management part 10c, on the other hand, totalizes the number of applications and decides whether or not the totalized number reaches the number of participants set in the contract management data 10a. When it is decided that the number of participants is reached, the suspensive condition of the contract application with the suspensive condition with the contractor 140 registered in the applicant database 10d is invalidated and contracts with all applicants are made at a time. |
