PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system effective for selecting a suitable dealer while actualizing a latent demand. SOLUTION: The attribute information of a renewal target is inputted by a user (steps 102 and 105), the renewal plan of the renewal target is presented based on that attribute information (steps 103 and 106), further, the renewal plan is selected by the user, a dealer in renewal is selected while referring to the information of multiple dealers in renewal, and that dealer in renewal is presented. Through such processes, a demander can expect the actualization of the latent renewal demand and in comparison with the selection of dealer on the basis of the decision of the demander himself while depending on an advertisement, the dealer suited to the contents of renewal can be efficiently selected. |
