PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image composing device which is suitable to automatically generating composition image 360 deg. in a horizontal direction. SOLUTION: The first image composing device is the one for generating the composed image being 360 deg. in the horizontal direction based on a plurality of fish-eye images picked-up by an imaging means where a fish-eye lens is mounted. The device is provided with a first means for converting each fish-eye image onto a cylindrical surface by projection and a second means for joining each cylindrical projecting conversion image obtained by the first means.
