PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk drive assembly which allows high-speed transfer by suppressing the generation of the undesirable vibration by the imbalance of a disk. SOLUTION: A balancer rotating together with a disk 1 is constituted to be provided with a balancer body, which is integrally formed at a clamper 3, an imbalance correcting member 9 which has a weight to correct the imbalance, a spring 10 which supports the imbalance correcting member 9, elastically movably relative to the balancer body and a locking member 11, which can hold the imbalance correcting member 9 moved by accompanying the rotation of the balancer to the balancer body. As a result, the imbalance correcting member 9 moves to a position, where the imbalance is negated and the member is locked by the locking member 11, and thereafter the balance is maintained at all numbers of revolutions.
