PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe pits and a rugged recording mark which are recorded in an optical recording medium. SOLUTION: A glass substrate 41, insoluble in an organic solvent (dichloromethane) 43, is bonded to the information recording layer side of a resin substrate 11, (21), (31) with an information recording layer formed on one face, by using an adhesive (epoxy resin) 42 insoluble in the organic solvent 43, and the resin substrate is made to dissolve in the organic solvent to expose the information recording layer.
