PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve functions by making operation procedures easier to understand and realizing connection to an external apparatus to facilitate the use of data. SOLUTION: A case body 10 is provided with a money processing part which has a memory slot 11 through which money is thrown in and performs required processing of thrown-in money, a thrown-in money recognition part which recognizes the amount of thrown-in money, a display part 20 which displays the amount of money thrown into the money processing part, commodities, commodity code numbers corresponding to commodities, unit prices of commodities, etc., a voice output part 36 which outputs voice information, an input part 30 for input of various information such as a commodity code corresponding to a commodity to be purchased and the number of commodities to be purchased, a ticket issuing part which issues an commodity ticket exchangeable with commodities, a control part which controls the ticket issuing part based on the amount of thrown-in money and the input information from the input part so that required commodity tickets are issued from the ticket issuing part, and an external interface 37 which is connected to the control part in order to transmit and receive data of the control part.
