MOISTURE-ABSORBING/RELEASING EXOTHERMIC COMPOSITE YARN AND MATERIAL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composite yarn to be used in clothing requiring thermal insulation, and to provide a material using the subject composite yarn. SOLUTION: This moisture-absorbing/releasing exothermic composite yarn is obtained by double covering in S-twist and Z-twist fashion of 22 dtex/12f polyester filament yarns on blended yarns with a fineness of cotton count 40/- comprising 30 wt.% of acrylate-based moisture-absorbing/releasing exothermic fiber and 70 wt.% of polyester fiber so as to be 75:25 in the blend ratio off blended yarns/double covering yarns. The other objective material comprising the above composite yarn is also provided.
