PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of tangerine powder with tangerine shell which perfectly eliminates agricultural chemicals and extraneous matters remaining in tangerine by first and second washing process so that it supplies clean products for customers. CONSTITUTION: The production process of tangerine powder with tangerine shell comprises the steps of: (i) washing tangerine; (ii) crushing the washed tangerine; (iii) separating juice liquid and dregs from the crushed tangerine; (iv) concentrating the finished juice liquid; (v) lyophilizing the concentrated liquid for more than 22 hours after concentration; and (vi) crushing secondly.
