PURPOSE: A noise/vibration reducing device for a hermetic reciprocation type compressor is provided to increase the stiffness of upper and lower shells by mounting an elastic supporting element for elastically connecting and supporting mounting snubbers to a lower shell, and disperse or absorb the vibration and noise generated when driving the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A noise/vibration reducing device for a hermetic reciprocation type compressor includes an elastic supporting part(30) for elastically supporting a plurality of mounting snubbers(20) with respect to a lower shell(18), wherein the elastic supporting part has a cylindrical body part formed with a circular hole inside and fixedly coupled with a lower end part in the lower shell, and a plurality of legs extended outwardly from the body part by a predetermined length and respectively formed with a connection ring at each end for fixing and coupling the mounting snubbers.
