SOLUTION: The image communication device which can receive a subaddress signal register the subaddress and communication specifications corresponding to a memory box and inhibits the subaddress from being registered corresponding to the memory box when a number string inputted as the subaddress corresponding to the memory box matches a number string segmented by # or ##in the subaddress having been registered in a registering means.
