PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a look-up table(LUT) with which a ROM is prevented as much as possible from being wasted by a difference in the numbers of output bits between a RAM used as 10T and a ROM storing data. SOLUTION: When the RAM having 10 bits in three kinds of RGB outputs is used as LUT and the ROM having 8 bits in the output is used for storing data, this ROM stores the respective data of high-order 8 bits for three kinds of RGB as 1 byte and stores data in low-order 2 bits for three kinds of RGB as 1 byte together and after these data of high-order 8 bits and low-order 2 bits are transferred to the RAM at different timing, these data are outputted to a data terminal together as digital signals of 10 bits of RGB.
