PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to change key array, without directly performing the maintenance of key definition or being aware of the key definition. SOLUTION: When not only a prescribed key exchange key but also a pair of keys to be exchanged are operated, a physical location code/transmission location code converting part 120 exchanges each transmission location code, corresponding to each physical location code of a pair of keys in a physical location code/transmission location code conversion table 110, in which each transmission location code is stored corresponding to each physical location code of each key. When the key is operated, the transmission location code, corresponding to the physical location code of the operated key, is read from the conversion table 110, and outputted to a body processor 200.
