PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water and hot water mixing device capable of automatically adjusting a temperature of mixed water to a fixed temperature to supply hot water having a proper temperature irrespective of fluctuation of a hot water temperature on a supply side. SOLUTION: In this water and hot water mixing device having a valve arranged movably in a housing and discharging mixed water having the set temperature, one spring made of a shape memory element is arranged in the front and rear of the axial direction of the valve to correspond to the fluctuation of a mixed water temperature, and the valve is moved to correspond to the fluctuation of a hot water supply temperature.
