PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless belt where any increase in a manufacturing process or the number of parts is prevented and ripping can be kept down or prevented in a simple method. SOLUTION: In the device, a cylindrical organic high polymer material layer 1 having a flexibility, a reinforcing layer 2 that is wound around and adhered to both end part sides on an inner periphery surface of the organic high polymer material layer 1 and a meandering restricting guide layer 5 that is wound around and adhered to the inner periphery surface of each reinforcing layer 2 are provided. Then, the reinforcing layer 2 is made longer in the direction of the periphery than the meandering restriction guide layer 5 and one end part 3 is extended over vicinity of one end part 6 side to the other end part 7 of the meandering restricting guide layer 5. In that case, another end part 4 of the reinforcing layers 2 is positioned over vicinity of the other end part 7 of the meandering restricting guide layer 5 and the outer periphery surface of the other end part of the meandering restricting guide layer 5 is pressed to the one end part inner periphery surface of the reinforcing layer 2. |
